Nefertiti Resurrected

This BAFTA nominated*, effects heavy piece was created for the Discovery channel by Atlantic Productions. They approached us to do the effects. Using a combination of 3d animation, miniature models, matte painting and live action footage we created an epic supernatural feel. By way of CG mixed with practical effects, shot as multiple-pass motion control, in one long uncut sequence we showed the dessicated mummy of Nefertiti recomposing and then coming to life as a gorgeous young woman.
